Recently, Beiqi Penglong Automobile Service Trade Co., Ltd. and Greenmay Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement on the recovery of decommissioned power batteries. The cooperation includes the construction of a power batteries cascade utilization project in Huanghua, Hebei Province, and the joint construction of a demonstrative base for decommissioned power batteries cascade utilization in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province. . It is reported that the project plans to start the construction of the first phase of the project factory before the end of this year, and strive to complete the trial production of the first phase of the project by the end of 2019.

After the construction of power battery cascade utilization project in Huanghua, the two sides may carry out the second phase project of waste battery recycling and gradually layout to the whole country.
